Dear Valued Customer,
Due to the unfortunate progression of COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus) infections taking place globally, I have instructed all Total Molding Services, Inc. employees and manufacturing facilities to cease and cancel all business travel and face-to-face meetings until further notice, and to convert all scheduled meetings into video or teleconference calls. In addition, employees that can work from home are instructed to do so, and social distancing has been encouraged. This will minimize the risk of infection for everyone involved, including customers, suppliers and employees.
We would like to assure you that Total Molding Services, Inc.’s manufacturing facility & warehouse are fully operational, following recommended guidelines from the CDC for COVID-19 prevention, and have not experienced any significant disruption arising from issues related to COVID-19 at this time. We also hold inventory at risk for the majority of our customers of critical to industry products including medical devices/components.
All Total Molding Services, Inc. employees are aligned and committed to working together to mitigate any impact on delivering your critical products.
We appreciate your patience as we react to this global issue, and thank you for your ongoing support in returning to “business as usual” in a few weeks. Feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns and we will continue to release updates as they arise.
We will continue to do whatever is required to work together as a collective community towards addressing this situation.
Sincerely,
Thomas G. McNutt, Jr.
Owner/President
